Issues with 2007 file opening in 2010

I have an issue trying to open a 2007 Excel spreadsheet in 2010. The workbook seems to have lost all formating however the data is still there. I have a copy of the master file with all of the formatting in tact. Is there any way to bring the data into the master file so?

    Hi,

Have you tried opening the Master File copy with 2010?

You can copy formatting by choosing Paste Special Formats, but only one sheet at a time.
