I feel like a dummy. Excel 2007 with Win 7.

I paste a cell, but the formulas get converted to values. Then I paste special, but get options for Unicode Text and Text.

So, I try to reset my default settings. I read that I must Click on the "Help" menu, and chose the "Detect and Repair" option. Okay, where is the help menu. That blue circle with the ? inside it? That's just a website, no?

Please help!
