Setup popup task reminders in excel

I would like to set up task reminders in excel 2007 based on coloums & rows.

A window that would pop up 5 minutes before a mentioned time in a row.

Column A Column B Column C
John 29 Aug 4: 15 pm
Ryan 30 Aug 3:00 pm
Lisa 27 Aug 5:00 pm

In the above columns as soon as it is 4:10 pm on 29 August, can I get a popup with the text in columnA "John".

I would be grateful if anyone could help me out with this one... Kinda stuck here....

It would probably be more reliable to create an appointment in outlook from excel and let that handle the reminders

Thanks Kyle.. Creating Appointments in outlook, okay. but how will it pull data from excel ? Do I need to manual feed ? Please advice.
