    trying to figure out a formula to get MINIF and MAXIF formulas....

    Hi I am trying to create a roster based on pivot table in the attached file. Basically in Column E, I am trying to get a MIN roll-on date for that resource and MAX roll-off date in the next column for the roll-off date.

    CSE, aka Array aka { }, formulae are confirmed with CONTROL+SHIFT+ENTER.
    Replace commas ( , ) with semicolons ( ; ) in formulae, if your locale setting demands.
