Setting specific spreadsheet's default settings to print black and white.

Hello all and thanks for your time,

I created a spreadsheet to use throughout our company, but it is filled with color, drawings and highlights. Everytime someone in our office opens the spreadsheet and prints it (happens multiple times a day) it prints the whole spreadsheet in color. ($$$$). I am wondering if there is a setting I can change in the actual spreadsheet where no matter who opens it, when they push print it will only print in black and white. I know this is a printer setting, but most of the people in my office are field workers and are not familiar with Excel, so they do not know to go into the printer settings each time to change it to black and white.

The other option I can see being fathomable is to go through the spreadsheet and change all my colors to some sort of grey scale..... I do not want to do this because often times they bring a tablet to the field and open my spreadsheet there, and the color coordinations really helps them out. Is there any way to do this? Seems far-fetched, but its worth a shot....

    Thanks again.

I was able to solve this. i went to page layout>margins>custom margins>sheets

In sheets there is a checkbox for black and white only.
