You get better help if you post an Excel-example of your workbook, without confidential information.
Make sure the workbook demonstrates your desired results if possible, or just highlight the cells you're trying to fix.
Use BEFORE/AFTER sheets if that helps make it clearer.
Notice my main language is not English.
I appreciate it, if you reply on my solution.

1) In an empty column on your datasheet, enter this formula on the first row of data:
=MOD(ROW(),2)
2) Copy that cell down the whole dataset. You now have a series of 1s and 0s.
3) Put the word "key" just above the first cell
4) Highlight the entire set of new data from "Key" down through the last added formula cell
5) Turn on the Data > Filter > Autofilter
6) Click on the drop down arrow on the "key" cell and filter by the option "1", this will leave all the odd rows visible and hide the even rows
7) Highlight all the remaining visible rows, the entire rows, and right-click/DELETE them.
8) Turn off the Autofilter, clear the added formulas
