I'm trying to figure out a way to keep number my invoice sheets in ascending order (9000, 9001, 9002). The way that i am doing this is to copy my original sheet repeatedly but with each new copied sheet i would like a formula that numbers itself using a +1 to my previously copied sheet. Any help please?
You could do this with a macro which creates a new sheet by copying a template which reads a number from a text file and then edits that file with the number +1 higher.
Suggest that you post a copy of your template sheet as there is no indication as to where the number should appear.
