    Conditional Formatting for deadlines

    Hello all,
I am looking for a visual color scheme to inform me of when my deadlines are coming up/past.
I would like my deadline column to turn either red, yellow or green.
Red for past the deadline from the current date.
Yellow for on the deadline or 7 days prior to from the current date.
Green for more than 7 days from the deadline.
I have tried vigorously to get the yellow to work but there is something I am missing.
Please see the attached excel document.
    Best Regards,

    Work_Order_Log.xlsx
