Duplicate data to another .xls file automatically

Hello,

I need to duplicate some information from an *.xls file to another *.xls file automatically, everytime user closes the Main file it should check and copy the new inserted data to another file.

I attached two files, Main.xls and Copy.xls

For example:

The information is inserted in Main.xls, now when smb closes the file it should check if A & B columns in the Copy.xls have the same data as in Y & Z column after that it should copy the data from AB & AC column of Main.xls to J & L colmun of Copy.xls file.

I hope I made myself understood, if not, I will do my best to rephrase, but better take a look at the files.

Couple of questions/comments

You left out some information
........have the same data as in Y & Z column after that it ....
This should be:
........have the same data as in Y & Z column of the MAIN workbook after that it..........

Also do you want to overwrite the existing data on columns J & L or copy after the bottom row on those same columns? (ie replace or add?)

Also if the data is the same, do want to do nothing?

It should add the data, in the example I gave it already had the information, but for future they will be blank.

Also if the data is the same, do want to do nothing?

Nothing.

So you want to overwrite any data in those columns?

Doesn't matter, because columns J & L will be blank anyway in the original Copy.xls
