Populate Schedule From Shift Selection

I have a schedule to be filled out per technician. In one column (E a shift is identified with a drop down list. I would like for it to auto-populate (H31:AI144) the shift days and times from a template (H148:AI167) once the shift is selected. The cells are currently set to only allow 1 hour increment times with Data Validation. Once the times and days are auto-populated, I still need the user to have the ability to edit each time using a drop down list. Any suggestions? I have attached an example.
