Finding location of largest value in a list using Match.

Hi, consider the enclosed file.

I am using the match function to find the largest number in a list (column). However, its not working correctly. Well, i should say i am doing something wrong.

Please, note: I am sure there is another way to do this........but i am trying to understand why this is not working as i thought it should. From what i know about this function the value returned should be 26 but instead its 28.......any ideas?
