    totals in pivot table

    Hi
I have not come in here in a while, but people were very helpful, hopedully someone can assist.

This may be hard to explain, first let me state I am not familiar with excel jargon and advanced formulas.

I was given a pivot table where each person has 2 rows -1 represents overtime (OT) and the other is Regular time (REG), now I need one cell adjacent to that to tell me the total of both rows for each person .

If the list was minimal I would just do "=sum(cell x + Cell y)", but i have like 2000 people.....is there any easier way.

SEE EXAMPLE ATTACHED- so I would like F2 + F3 in cell G3

    Thanks
