Creating own data entry form

Hi!

I was wondering whether it is possible to create your own data entry form to input?
I am aware that you can input via the menu... Data > Form... However I am hoping to achieve something that is a lot more user friendly. For instance, the users might not be aware of the shortcut to the form.

I am also going to have multiple worksheets in which I want the data entry form to update them all at once, oppossed to having to update each one individually. The worksheets will contain the same data however the column order will differ.

Is this something that is possible? I'm a bit of a novice with excel!
