FINDING CELL CORRESPONDING TO Kth SMALLEST IN A ARRAY

    hI ALL!

In column A there are names, in B - corresponding values. I need the 10 largest and the 10 smallest values and names. I thought of using =small and =large functions but then how can i find the corresponding names? the problem arises when the largest 3,4 an5th values are all 1.00 then match/index is useless to find the corresponding names.

Any ideas how to overcome the problem or alternative solutions will be welcome. thanks in advance

Thank you a lot, benishiryo!! It does look like doing the job. Can i ask you a questions? if i convert it into classical (A1) style reference will it work? i'm pretty sure it will, but still it's rare to see using of RC style, maybe there is particular reason linked to the solution..
