Assistance required to create formula that creates output on multiple validations

Hi there

Please assist me in creating a formulae that will allow for a rating to be created based on the above and following criteria as per the attached
1. If A2>90% - Rating 1
2. If A2>80% - Rating 2
3. If A2>70% - Rating 3
4. If A2>1% - Rating 4
The formulae must however make reference to cells A3:A6 where if either or all are greater than 5% the ratings applied by points 1 – 4 must then be inflated as Rating 1 now becomes 2, Rating 2 becomes 3 etc
