I don't see an "Analysis" section under the Data tab. (I'm using Excel 2010.) I'm fairly sure that I've added both the analysis toolpak and solver, but I can't see them.

The ATP functions became native functions in Excel 2007.
To add Solver, Options > Add-Iins.
