    Changing Order of Excel Pages Printed

    Hey everyone!

    This is quite possibly a stupid question, but I'm a stupid person hahaha.

    I have an Excel sheet that is in landscape mode with minimal margins that still stretches beyond what is possible on an 8.5 by 11 paper. So I have it formatted to expand over two pages.

    I want the print order to print the two outstretched pages first horizontally, before moving onto the next pages below.

    By pages, I mean that there's a bunch of data on one spreadsheet, but only a certain amount can be printed on one page right?

    Essentially I want the print order to go from

    A->B
    C->D
    E->F
    ...and so forth.

    Anyone know how to do this? I would manually set up a "print friendly" version, but I want to submit 1 electronic file that will show up normally and print this certain way, instead of having two separate files. Thanks!

    Hi
    Go to Page Layout > Page Setup > Dialog Launcher > Click Sheet tab and select over then down. That should do it for you in excel 2007/2010
