Hi .. thanks I could help out. Below is the explanation:-
I have used "Calculated Item" option of pivot table to achieve the desired outcome.
Go to Calculated item and select the headings from "Name" drop down and you'll see the formula (logic) used in below field.
After this, I have used conditional formatting as per logic:- if column O is greater or Equal to 100% then Green and if column O's value is less than 100% then Red :-
=O4>=100% for Green
=O4<100% for Red
