Finds End of List an Populates

Hi

I have a spreadsheet and need some help with a formula.

I have 2 columns. A & B.

Col A contains some keywords. Col B contains some search terms.

I want to concatenate every value in col A with every value in Col b AND most importantly display them in one col. i.e. Results col 3.

So after first iteration of A1 with all B, it finds end of data in Results column and then begins second iteration (A2 with all of B) and it continues until all are done.
