    I have not opened your attachment. Please state your question in the post, not in a file of 1.6 MB. Illustrate your problem by posting a workbook with a small data sample. We don't need all your data to work on your problem. A few dozen rows will suffice. But nobody will create an Excel sheet from your PDF to try and recreate your issue.

    Help us help you. Make it easy for us to help you. That's your best bet to get a fast reply.

    ...i want to automatise my grading sheet i dont know how (sorry), i attached the exact grading sheet i have, you have all the authority to format it (pls refer to my pdf file i previously attached where written down what i want to see and what it should be...THANKS

    Again, please state your issue in the post. Many people here are on a capped data plan and can simply not afford to open multiple megabyte attachments just to learn what the question is. If you cannot extend that courtesy in order to get free help by unpaid volunteers, then you may want to consider using a paid consultant.

    Your attached spreadsheet is a good start. I believe that this is the "before" state. Now post it again, manually creating the "after" state with the expected result. Then spend a few words explaining the logic.
