FTC (Federal Trade Commission) Do Not Call List

I have (2) excel 2007 files, the first file is a list of all (334) area codes in which individuals have registared as "Do Not Call" consumers. The next file is a list of residents, address, city and state, zip and Phone numbers. What I'm trying to do is have file #2 look into file #1 and see if the phone number in file #2 matches the do not call ist in file #1, if a match return "registered" to the cell beside the phone number in file #2. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
