Variable data from two occasions - transfer from one column to two separate columns

Good day!

I have encountered a problem when trying to transfer data from one column into two separate columns. The column to be transferred contains values registered for variables A-E on 2 separate occasions. What I wish to do is transforming this column to two separate columns, "Occasion 1" and "Occasion 2" corresponding to each variable A-E (which are represented in a separate column).
