OK... sometimes commissions are split between two people. So in addition to an entry for each employee, there will also (sometimes) be an entry that is split between two employees. That entry needs to be split 50/50, and added to the other respective entry for that employee.

In the line BWW/JMR.... 50% would be added to the BWW's line, and same for JMR. JMR's total shows 2000 plus 50% of BWW/JMR (1000) = 3000
