Every Certain Sum I want to Reset My Cells - Need Equation

Dangelor: I used the first equation you gave me, but for every 20 units, I am getting a different end point (which is calculated). For this specific file (attached), I should end at C3 (around 20 units). Your equation makes it end at C24 where the SUM is around 39. Any help this?
