    Formula to mirror only specific characters from another cell.

    Cell #1: 07/23/2012 - 09:08

    Cell #2: Formula to only show 07 (Character 2 of Cell #1)
    Cell #3: Formula to show only 2012 (Characters 7-10 of Cell #1)
