Display text as long as one of the cells shows "OK"

Hi, I would like to ask, if I want cell A2 to display "Failed" if any of the cells B2:B6 displayed "NOT OK" and "Passed" if it doesnt, how do I go about keying in the formula in cell A2?

    Many thanks in advance. =)

    Thanks.
