I have created a spreadsheet that tracks our clientelle progress in our program. There are three case managers.I have set up four sheets. Sheet one contians the enitre caseload. Sheet 2-4 has the case mangers names and thier personal caseload. Is there a way that I could have excel to automatically input a client to the personal case file by identifying which client belongs to whom on the main sheet?

A very fast way to do this is to use a pivot table from the data on your main page. Take a look into the help topic on filter pages for pivot tables. It's nearly instant.
