Need to create Multiple repeats of same number from list

I have a list of item numbers that I need to repilcate the individual item number 9 times each. Is there a way to do this in Excel besides taking each number and coping 9 times.

It would be better if you can add an excel sheet and let us know how do you want to replicate those numbers. Is there any criteria for the same?
If its plain copy paste in the same sequence may be you can try linking the cells or creating a macro which would help you copy paste the numbers nine times at a single click. I'm not sure if this would help...request you to elaborate the issue and attach the excel sheet.

Thank you for your reply. I was thinking maybe a macro could do this but I do not know code well enough to do this when I have different range of numbers. I basically need to fill in the same number 8 times from the number above going down my list.
