Hello All
I am trying to use conditional formatting to highlight the birthdays that occuring that month. I have tried using the conditional formatting tab then "highlight cell rules, then "a date occuring...", but it is still not working. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

In C.F rules put something like this.
=TODAY()="Birthday date"

hi alidde, so if today's date is within July, it should highlight all dates in july? Assuming data starts at A3:A10. Highlight them & go to Home -> Conditional Formatting -> New Rule -> Use a formula to determine which cells to format -> Format values where this formula is true:
=MONTH($A3)=MONTH(TODAY())
