    Conditional format - Is it possible to have Equal to and have 2 separate entries

    So i want the same format for say "Ernie Els" + "Tiger Woods"
    Im using Excel 2010 Highlight cells rules

    Sorry for being dumb.
    I have done the following and it doesn't seem to be working
    Conditional Formatting
    Highlight cell rules
    Equal to
    then pasting the formula supplied
