need to print thhis sheet on one whole A4 page with readable font size

i have this excel file which i made..but i am having problems making this enlarged and fit into one A4 size paper.with NO space either on the left and right neither top and bottom..full page should be covered..i am attaching the file..please outline the steps in the most lucid of the ways as possible.

sheet # 2 in this workbook is the one to be worked upon
