I work in the animal health field as a salesperson.
I have asked my Veterinarians to provide me with how much they charge for 24 of the most common procedures they perform.
I am going to enter them into Excel 2007 and provide them insight as to what others are charging (High, Low and Average).
If a customer fails to provide me with a number that others provide, I enter a zero. However, that alters the Low and the average. Is there a way to over come this? Any suggestions on a better way to set this up?
I think they way I set up the spreadsheet is the most effective way to all me to cut and paste their answers into Column B and have them appear horizontally. See Attachment.
