Identify column value with highest count

I'm new at Excel.

Data On My Column B, Cell 6 to 16 are names:

Showkat
Rahim
Carl John
Showkat
Masud
Showkat
Showkat
Akber
hasan
Hasan
Hasan

Now I want to Display Most Used name on F1 cell.
As we can see "Showkat" is the top name used 4 times on Column. But what is the Formula to Show his name Automatically on F1 cell??
