Pivot Tables - Issue

I am trying to match 2 Pivots tables informations into 1 pivots tables - by matching specific informations. In both pivots tables I have names and weeks and total hours ( sum ) of hours.

How can I put 2 pivot tables into 1 that will do the comparaison between each other and see any delta for the hours

My tentative in matching the 2 pivots tables into one has not been successfull. I am getting a mix of wrong ressources names.

Ps.. I use excel 2003.
