    Upper and lower control limits

I have the following column data displayed as a line chart. What exactly do I have to do to make the chart show as a "Process behavior Chart" that includes an upper and lower control limit line?

    Week 20 95.95% 17
    Week 21 86.37% 30
    Week 22 89.91% 30
    Week 23 95.75% 32
    Week 24 93.68% 34
    Week 25 95.16% 38
    Week 26 95.04% 34
    Week 27 96.14% 36

    HI Dessesbo,

Generally you can use Mean and Standard Deviation to define the upper and lower control limits, see attached;-
