Finding bolded cells within a selection, and replacing with italics?

Is there any way to take bolded cells (or bolded text) from a selection of cells, and then replace that with italics? Or make the text both bolded and italic? While at the same time, leaving any cells or text that were not bolded unchanged.

    Hello
Use Find & Replace. On the Replace Tab, select Options>> and select the Formats to find and replace. If you're not searching for any specific words, leave the 'Find What:' & the 'Replace With:' drop downs empty.

    Hope this helps.
