big numbers representation

I have a problem with big numbers and text format.
In the cell I have a big number 7632311 and I would like to show it as 7.6 but I cannot do it. Any idea? I have excel 2010.

If you want to express these 'big' numbers rounded to the nearest million use

=ROUND(B2/1000000,1)
