Reference Cell Fill Color

I am refencing the data in a cell with no problem. For example, on my "Butter" tab in cell R8 I am refencing cell L9 from my "Site ID's" tab. This all works fine to reference the data, but when I choose to color code the cell I would like the color to be referenced as well. That way I do not need to do this more than once and keep track of what cells need to be what color.

Any ideas?
