Traffic light CF in Excel 2003

    Hi to all.

I have viewed several thousand threads (well it feels like it). Can I please request some direction regarding my current issue, and please assume I know very little about Excel.

I have a manpower spreadsheet, which depicts when individuals are due to leave the company, (by the following date format 04-Jun-12). I would like to know how I can manage it better, the plan i would like, would be to have the following:

Conditional Formatting (CF) RED for people with 12 months or less to do.
CF Amber for people with 1 to 2 years to do
CF Yellow for people with more than 2, but less than 5 years to do.
CF Green for people with 5 years or more to complete

Any help at all would be very very appreciated.

    Many thanks in advance
