Multiple Ifs

Friends,

Need some help. I have attached the spreadsheet I am working on. The cell I need help with is H21.

I would like cell H21 to be an IF statement that displays the bonus in Column G based off whatever number is hard coded in cell C19.

Example: In cell C19, the number '443' is typed in. This would make cell H21 display '$1,500' because that is the payout associated with that number from Column G.

The following numbers in C19 should correlate to the IF result in H21:

0-371 = $0
372-407 = $1,000
408-444 = $1,500
445-539 = $2,000
540+ = $2,666
