I have Duration in seconds like 30 sec, 180 sec, and my time is in 08-Apr-2012 18:14:44 format, Now i want to add second in this.
Time, Duration
8-Apr-12 18:14:44, 12
8-Apr-12 18:03:45, 190
8-Apr-12 17:44:42, 200
8-Apr-12 15:49:44, 3490

Put this in C2:
=A2 + B2/60/60/24
Then format appropriately.

Not sure where your durations are coming from. 18:14:44 - 18:03:45 does not equal 190 seconds?

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires
