Vlookup from set ranges - one below the other

I have a set of data one below the other on columns A:C. Thousands of data so i cant do this manually.

Trying to fill the table on J,K,L by doing Vlookup on ranges from column A:C

First range is B5:C17, second range B19:C33, third range B34:C49 etc (one below the other)

I attached an example on the workbook. On added the formulas for the first 2 lines (have thousands).


The names on colums A are unique so i can do a match to find at which row my range starts (i did a match on H)
Is there a way i can use that?


Any ideas how to automate this will be much appreciated
