Scatter chart/ correlation between 2 dates

Hi There,

Im trying to find if the is a positive correlation between 2 different dates, I tried datedif formulas but nothing seems be working. I like to know if a renewal date might cause client to cancel. So I have attach spread sheet with a renewal and cancel date. Is this possible, I tried making is continues date but dont seem to know how?
