Stack Rank with formula instead of sort...Tough one!

Hi There,

From a list of names and scores, in no particular order, I would like to stack rank the individuals 1-5 on the attached example by highest score first. Is it possible to have a formula located in the red boxes that would automatically populate the agents and scores (highest to lowest)? This is just a sample of the staff. See sample staff below! Thanks in advance for your help!
