Combine two cell data in one cell if in case the data is in rows

Hello,
some data has been copied from the word tables to excel, these data are displayed in different cells in when copied to excel.
wanted to know whether we can combine the required two continous cell data to one cell if in case the data is present in rows and there are multiple rows to be for which we need to combine..

I have an attachment please go through it for clear understanding..

Can anyone help on this?
