OK, I have a spreadsheet with reminder tasks and dates. As Excel cannot flag alerts on the dates, I decided to import them into Outlook Calendar. Which was successful - using Import/Export > Select XL > select named fields (e.g. recon1, recon2) > Map cells to Calendar etc.
My only issue is that I want my group members to easily Import this worksheet into Outlook on a weekly basis. However, with multiple tasks I am finding that I have to "map" cells to Outlook calendar for each named fields every single time.
Can I automate the mapping process. Can I program Outlook to recognise the cells that I want to map to a specific Outlook task. For example:
Title of task mapped to Subject
Date of task mapped to Start date
Time mapped to Start time (only for alert purposes)
Alert field True or False mapped to Reminder on/off.
