on the next empty cell row (vertically), it will paste activex combo box

To any one who can help me, I am making a simplified product listing, upon moving my cursor vertically on (sheet1 A2..A3..A4..A5), a combo box will be pasted on sheet1 B1..B2..B3..B4..B5), and C1..C2..C3..C4. the Column B is Product field that get its value on sheet 2 Column B and C field is the price field that get its value on sheet 2 Column C. Can someone help achieve the result i am looking for. I have tried macro and with no sucess. Any help is appreciated. I have attached the file no macros or vba on the files yet. I am very grateful. To anyone who can point me to the right direction thank you very much. Cheers to this forum. I have been working weeks to get this right
