Select Random Row from Separate Sheet without duplicating selected rows

    Hi All,

I have this daily task where i manually assign each TASK to each team (color names) which i find it tedious because of the long list of tasks.
Below is a sample sheet (Sheet1)
    Column A Column B Column C
    TASK ITEM ASSIGNED TO
    Encode Page1 Red
    Encode Page2 Blue
    Encode Page3 Yellow
    Encode Page4 Orange
    Encode Page5 Green
    Encode Page6 White

What i want to happen is that, I'm looking to generate a formula on a separate sheet (Sheet2) under Column B, it will randomly pick data from Sheet1 Column B (ITEM) but will not duplicate the selected item. Same with the ASSIGNED TO column.

    Column A Column B Column C
    TASK ITEM ASSIGNED TO
    Review ??? Red
    Review ??? Blue
    Review ??? Yellow
    Review ??? Orange
    Review ??? Green
    Review ??? White

I hope i got the explanation right.
    Thanks,

See attached. the team colors are assigned as sheet names... where the function should be added on those sheets under column B.
One thing also is that the Assigned to should not be getting what was assigned to them on the main Sheet1.
