I have a sheet that calculates the time difference between UTC & EST. I was looking for a way to shade a cell based on the time of day.
A2 has 00:00
A3 has 01:00
A4 has 02:00
etc
etc
etc

When I open or refresh the sheet at 9:15am, the cell that contains 09:00 will be shaded yellow or green or whatever.
Is this possible?
