How to setup summary sheet to transfer worksheet data

Hi, I need help transferring data from a worksheet to a summary sheet.
The worksheet has manually entered data for a single invoice. However, there is a report that captures all the data for all the invoices.
I would like to setup a summary sheet that automatically transfers the data from the report to the summary sheet.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Robinb

In your summary sheet, I changed the summary formulas at the bottom and added a blank row, be sure to NOT delete that blank row, it insures the rows that get added at the bottom each time you run the macro automatically expand the range those formulas evaluate.

This macro does what you want with the exception of the Memo column as that data does not appear to be anywhere on the invoice. We are currently using the shorter Item Name descriptions.

The macro must be activated with an Invoice onscreen, and it will check to make sure the Inv # is not already on the Summary sheet.
